This is the recipe I use, but only use 1 1/2 cups sugar. I usually add a bit of cinnamon before covering with the top crust. My mom uses this recipe, also, and she is famous in the community for her gooseberry pie!

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip

To answer MDMLibrarian, it sounds like you pour the dressing on top of the chicken mixture before baking. Haven't tried this yet, but it sounds like it will be great.

Carmel's Crunchy Pea Salad

I have made this salad several times. I use fat free sour cream, and sometimes add fresh raw cauliflower. Put the cashews in just before serving. Love this salad!
