I am the proud wife of a US marine. I cook for my family every night. I not only cook for my husband and our two year old son but i cook for most of the single marines that work with my husband. so I cook for up to 6-10 men atleast three nights a week. They are always happy to have a home cooked meal. Most of them are far from home so I like to make sure they always feel at home at my house. I love to cook steak and pork. I always ask them what they want I will eat almost anything so what ever they want they get. They are just happy to have a warm home cooked meal to the end of the day. I am mostly the one that cooks but i always have my son helping me as much as he can. The boys always help its a big family. The cook never does the dishes, that is the best part. I cant say that I have any triumphs, I have a easy crowd to cook for. They love it no matter what it is. I do have a few tragedies, most of them are baking it never really comes together. But thats ok with me and my family for that matter they are happy with ice cream.
