it is a very good icing but I used all butter and added 1/4 tsb salt. It turned out just perfect.

This cake is very moist and flavorful. The only change that I made was instead of the shortening I use butter. I made this for the first time for alot of people that where getting together and it all disapeared. I even have to make it again this weekend. I would suggest that you make this and any other cakes at 25 degrees less and bake for 5 minutes longer. Like I said it was very moist and very flavorful.

This frosting is sooooooooo good. I made this and everyone that ate it just raved about. I'm making it again this weekend because I was told that I must. I made no changes to this and it was fantastic.

I made these cookies for my fiancee'. She loves Oatmeal cookies however I don't really care for them. They came out just great. They stayed soft and chewy even after cooled a couple of days later. They where very good, I even at some.

Very very good. Very moist and tender chicken. I added just a few things to give it a little more flavor. I added some Rosemarie, Oregano, Onion and Garlic powder to the bread crumbs. It was soooo good. Me and my fiancee' both love garlic and this was fantastic.

These are the best. I have never had a recipe that was as easy and as good as this one. It truly is the best one ever. These melt in your mouth and you can't stop eating them.

I know that I will make this again. Me and my fiancee' just loved it. It was very moist and tender and full of flavor.

The mustard gave it a bit of a tang that was very good in taste. I added a few things and it was really excellent. (1.) I used boneless pork chops and cut them in strips about 1/4 inch wide. (2.) I added 2 cloves of minced garlic to the butter before adding the pork. (3.) I didn't have any burgundy so I used red wine instead. (4.) I added a diced medium onion to the wine and let that cook. (5.) Before returning the pork back to the skillet, I added a can of diced petite tomatoes. It really turned out great and everyone that ate it just loved it. I had no leftovers at all. The next time that I make this I will add some celery and green peppers to it also.

If your looking for something that is different then this is it. I wasn't sure what to expect, with the cocoa and cinnamon but it was really good. The only thing that I did different was that I added about a 1/4 cup of red wine to the sauce. It helped in giving it a very good flavor.

I have made these ribs for a lot of my friends and all of them have just raved about them. The best part of doing these ribs is that you can eat the ribs after completing just the first phase of the cooking. But they are better after you do the second part.

This is the best chocolate cake that I have ever had. My family had a recipe that was handed down for many years which used burnt coffee in it, but this one has replaced it by far. I made for a gathering one time and everyone could not believe how good it was. One of the people there was my sister and she even through out the family recipe and replaced it with this one. The only suggestion that I have for this one is that when you icing the cake, use long skewers to hold the three layers in place and then remove them to finish it off.
