This is the best chocolate cake that I have ever had. My family had a recipe that was handed down for many years which used burnt coffee in it, but this one has replaced it by far. I made for a gathering one time and everyone could not believe how good it was. One of the people there was my sister and she even through out the family recipe and replaced it with this one. The only suggestion that I have for this one is that when you icing the cake, use long skewers to hold the three layers in place and then remove them to finish it off.
