IT WAS AMAZING! I loved it! I doubled the coconut and the pineapple. Took it to work, didnt last a day. It was great!!! Not to sweet, but sweet enough to hit the spot. Took a lot of work to make it, but in the end it was perfect! Loved it!!!!

I made the cake because my boyfriend has been begging me to make one forever. It was the first one I've ever made. It was ok. Not one of my favorites. He loved it, but I agree with those that thought it was too eggy. I use large eggs, so I should have either cut out an egg or maybe used meduim eggs. The cake absorbed the milk fast. And the Whipping cream was definitely my favorite. But overall, I was a bit disappointed.
