Artichoke Chicken
I'd give this dish 6 stars if I could! It's savory, rich, and definitely a cook-again recipe! I did add some sauteed button mushrooms and red pepper to the final product. I also upped the amount of sauce and used marinated artichokes + cnned artichockes; I also followed the half mayo-half sour cream advice... THIS DISH IS REALLY GOOD.

Abby's Chicken Rollatini
This recipe is ideal for a dinner-for-two atmosphere. The deliciousness is hard-earned, though; I found it to be time-consuming but worth the trouble. The meat remains tender and juicy, but I'd up the Parmesan and garlic a little. Also, I'd reall pound the meat flat.

Easy Grilled Lemon Chicken
This recipe was a little too simple for my taste. I marinated it for 30 minutes but it was lacking something. The meat wasn't that presentable either-the soy sauce made it quite dark. I don't think I'll be making this again.
