About this Cook
My husband and I enjoy traveling to area's to play golf. We enjoy meeting other couples on the golf course.
My favorite things to cook
Coming from Montana, I'm a basic meat and vegi cook not so much on the potatoes as we're eating healthier.
My favorite family cooking traditions
A traditional Thanksgiving dinner
My cooking triumphs
Not throwing away leftovers, I always make extra and use it in a different way.
My cooking tragedies
Desserts, not my best as you really need to measure ingredients and can't experiment to much

Baked Dijon Salmon
Excellent! We're not big fish lovers but this was great. Served with rice, Aspargas, and a nice white wine - wonderful!

Bean Soup With Kale
I have made this several times, it is excellent and very healthy. I cut down on the broth and add V8 juice, canned tomatoes, and carrots. I've also added cooked Chicken or Turkey. I've made this for friends recovering from surgery.

Breaded Rib Roast
My husband stated this was the best Rib Roast he's ever had! We like our's med/rare so I took out after 1 1/2 hours and let it rest. The flavor was excellent. This will be the only way I fix Rib Roast.
