Brisket with Cranberry Gravy
Excellent base recipe. I used a chuck roast instead of the brisket which came out very tender and delicious. I also added a little bit of worstershire in the cranberry/tomato mixture for added flavor. At the end I removed the meat, skimmed the fat, added a bit of brown sugar and kosher salt to really perk up the flavor and finally some Wondra flour to thicken the gravy. The end result was fantastic! I will make this easy recipe again and again.

Slow Cooker Barbeque
This recipe is so easy and oh so good. I didn't want a smoky bbq taste so I used "Bone Suckin" bbq sauce. It has the best flavor. When I took the beef out to shred, I spooned off the fat from the sauce. Then I added a little bit of coarse salt, pepper and dark brown sugar. Wow! It gave the sauce just the right amount of sweet to go with the tang. I also prepared my homeade coleslaw to serve on or with the meat. We ate it on steamed onion rolls with the meat and slaw. Too good. I will be making this one of my go to party dishes for sure.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This recipes makes the most moist turkey breast you will ever eat. The only thing I did different was I omitted the soup mix and made my own spice mixture and rubbed it on the bird. Too good :)
