My family and I were craving a sweet and gooey pudding but I didn't have any eggs and very little butter which made things a bit tricky! I stumbled upon this recipe and WOW!! what a fantastic pudding. I read the reviews and saw that some thought it not chocolatey enough or sweet enough so I added a bit more cocoa and dotted some chocolate spread into the batter and on top of the sugar. Fantastic. I now have a family of five very contented people. Thanks.

Fantastic chocolate brownie. Very chocolately, very gooey and very yummy. I split the batter into two smaller tins and cooked a little longer than stated but undoubtedly the best brownie I have tasted!! My seven year old daughter says YUMYUMYUM!

This is my first review of any recipe on this site. Even though I am Welsh and have never been to America I love American cookies and after trying out six or seven recipes from this site, this one is by far the best. I also replaced some of the white sugar with brown and used a mix of milk and white chocolate chunks. The milk chocolate made the cookies gooey!!!!! MMMMMMMMM.
