Whole Wheat Honey Bread
This is my favorite WW bread so far. I've only been making bread for >90 days. Now I am experimenting with rising it in the pan and baking it instead of baking it in my bread machine. MY MINOR CHANGES: I, too, use 1/8c. milk and 1c. water... I use butter instead of oil and I add 3T of gluten and try to use local honey - that tastes the best. I LOVE the trick to melt the butter in the 1/3c. measurement and then use the "greased" cup when measuring my honey...works better with oil, but butter tastes better so that's what I'm going to use :) I bake on "1.5 lb. white, light crust" setting when I use my bread maker.
