This is a stunning, very tasty deviled eggs recipe! I followed the instructions as mentioned, other than replacing the white wine vinegar with red wine vinegar, and it turned out great! There's a great 'explosion' of taste about 10 seconds biting into the egg! I believe it has to do with the Dijon mustard / wine vinegar combination! I'll definitely be doing this recipe again. Kudos to the creator of this great recipe!
