Unbelievable Chicken

This is a tasty chicken dish! I followed the instructions as prescribed and it turned out great! The girlfriend and I enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely make this dish again! It goes well with Chardonnay!

Tangy Pineapple Chicken

This is an excellent, tasty and tangy chicken dish! The only changes I made was to serve the chicken as is rather than over rice. Since I used pineapple pieces rather than sliced pineapple, I would recommend to cut the amount of pineapple in half. Other than that, it was a great recipe dish. I served it with maple dill carrots as a side-dish! What a great combination!

Horseradish Deviled Eggs

This is a very good deviled eggs dish. May I suggest to reduce the amount of mayonnaise by half and to double the amount of horseradish to taste more the horseradish. Perhaps the mustard can be replaced by dijon mustard instead to zip up the taste.

Glazed Dijon Carrots

This is an excellent carrot recipe dish. I followed the instructions as is and it turned out great. May I suggest the addition of 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish (for 4 servings) to zip up the taste but the recipe is fine as it is.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Very tasty yet very simple pork dish! It's a great recipe to make if you're a bit tired and you don't want to prepare something too complicated. May I suggest the inclusion of 2 tablespoons of cumin or thyme (for 6 servings) to add a bit more flavor but the recipe is fine as is!

Basil Pork Chops

Excellent tasty pork dish! I followed the instructions as followed and it turned out great. I would however reduce the amount of brown sugar by 1/3 or even by half to reduce a bit the amount of sweetness and to accentuate the taste of the chili and basil. May I suggest to include cumin to the mix or replace the basil with cumin or even include fresh mushrooms to the mix although this is not a must. It's tasty as is.

Savory Deviled Eggs

This is a stunning, very tasty deviled eggs recipe! I followed the instructions as mentioned, other than replacing the white wine vinegar with red wine vinegar, and it turned out great! There's a great 'explosion' of taste about 10 seconds biting into the egg! I believe it has to do with the Dijon mustard / wine vinegar combination! I'll definitely be doing this recipe again. Kudos to the creator of this great recipe!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Thyme-Rubbed Steaks with Sauteed Mushrooms

Excellent steak recipe! Other than the fact that I doubled the amount of thyme, which I strongly recommend, I followed the instructions and amount of ingredients as suggested and it turned out great! I served this dish with marinated peppers from allrecipes.com along with a side-dish of tomato-basil pasta and had a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon (Gato Negro) from Chile and wow, it was a great combination! I will definitely make this steak recipe again!

Garlic Deviled Eggs

Aussie Chicken

This is a stunning chicken recipe! Very tasty!! The only change I made was to the mustard / honey sauce when I replaced the corn syrup with maple syrup simply because I didn't have any corn syrup and safe to say, it turned out great and very tasty. May I recommend to cut the amount of ingredients for the mustard / honey sauce by half since personally, I do not see the need to have additional sauce being kept in the refrigerator. The mushroom / Monterrey Jack cheese topping was fascinating! I replaced the bacon with bacon bits. To prevent the cheese from being burnt, I added the cheese on top of chicken about 20 minutes into the chicken being cooked. Fyi, I cooked the chicken for 45 minutes at 360 degrees. I served this great chicken dish with maple dill carrots and chicken fried rice and wow, what a nice combination! The bottle of Chardonnay complimented the meal perfectly. Congratulations to the creator of this very tasty chicken dish!

Kickin' London Broil with Bleu Cheese Butter

Excellent steak recipe! I followed the amount of ingredients as instructed and it turned out great. Rather than letting the blue cheese butter as is, I melted it slightly! Wow! What a great taste! This steak recipe goes well with scalloped potatoes and of course, a nice bottle of Grenache & Malbec red wine!

Orange Glazed Carrots

This is an excellent tasty carrot dish. I added a tablespoon of cornstarch along with a tablespoon of water to thicken the orange juice / brown sugar mixture and it turned out great.

Peppercorn-Seasoned Steaks with Mustard-Wine Sauce

Excellent steak recipe! One of the best from allrecipes! The mustard wine sauce mixture is fantastic! May I suggest the addition of a teaspoon of olive oil as you add in the butter in the mustard wine sauce to thicken the sauce. I will definitely do this recipe again!

Pork Tenderloin with Herb Sauce

Excellent pork recipe and it was so simple to make! Great combination of ingredients to make this a tasty dish! I thought the sauce was going to thicken or become a glaze but it didn't. I may add a teaspoon of flour to thicken the sauce but the sauce was fine as it was. I served this dish with Cajun deviled eggs, curried orange rice and honey ginger carrots! Yummy!

Colorful Fried Rice

This is a good rice recipe! I followed the instructions and prescribed amounts for each ingredient and it turned out nice! However, the amount of soy sauce should be reduced by half. I served this side-dish with caramelized baked chicken and stir-fried peppers and it was a good combination!

Garlic-Pepper Tenderloin Steaks

Excellent steak recipe for those who like it spicy like me! For those who aren’t tuned in into spicy foods, I recommend that you simply not include chilli powder in the mix. Other than that, I followed the instructions and added the right amounts for each ingredient and it turned out great! I accompanied this spicy steak dish with steamed broccoli covered in a three-cheese sauce, mashed potatoes with fried mushroom, bacon and onion and a bottle of Malbec wine. Wow! Great combination!

Citrus Glazed Chicken

Great chicken dish! Very tasty! I followed the instructions and prescribed amounts for each ingredient and it turned out fabulous! The combination of ginger, green onion, etc is perfect. Perhaps we could sun-dried tomatoes as an option but the recipe is great as it is. I served this great dish with penne a la vodka sauce II and wow, it turned out great!
