When we got our new grill with a rotisserie, I immediately went out and bought 2 whole chickens. I rubbed them down with spices, brushed them with olive oil, trussed them up like a pro, and on they went. After checking on them a few times, I was content that they were cooking up just fine, and I went inside the house. A bit later, I heard my daughter, who was outside playing with friends, shouting FIRE! FIRE! I ran outside, and sure enough, my chickens were completely engulfed in flames! My husband still gives me a bad time about that one.
