Delicious! Did not have time to marinate as long as recipe calls for (only 3 hours) but was still great. Followed recipe exactly except for the white pepper. Thanks

Herb Roasted Pork

delicious! I took the advice from others and did cover for the first couple hours of cooking, removed tin foil and basted with sauce for about 45 minutes. Great recipe!
