BLT Pasta Salad
yum! i find that if you sprinkle olive oil on pasta 1st, it makes them less absorbent. but i do that as a rule with all of my pastas. i also agree 100% that the ranch packet is the way to go! kids and hubby love it! yay!

Creamy Hot Cocoa
Amaaaazing! I will never buy a box of hot cocoa mix again! I do admit that I had to omit the half and half, simply because I didn't have any. I used milk in it's place. Next time, I will definitely use half and half and will probably have to give it 6 stars!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
The best Chili ever! Spooned it over Waikiki Cornbread and everyone loved it! A Sunday football tradition for us now!
