Broccoli Ham Ring

I find this to be a real crowd pleaser everywhere I have taken it. My family loves it.

It was very good, however I used an aged red wine vinegar and it was a little overpowering.I added a quarter cup bottled (bulls eye) to cut the vinegar and it worked out great. I used it on baby backs and it was fine.

Hash Brown Casserole II

Very good with a few changes. You can use 1/4 cup of butter instead of the 1/2 cup. I baked it a full hour, I covered it for 45 minutes and uncovered for 15 so that the top gets crunchy. I put the corn flakes on top and drizzled the melted butter over them, saved washing another pan. Turned out great.

Jeff's Chili Con Queso

This was good, but next time I will put 1/2 cup of sour cream and a little more velveta. Tastes just like chili cheese and would be great with fries or on top of hot dogs. It tastes better the longer the flavors warm together. I had it in a crock pot and everyone thought it was better an hour later.

Chicken and Noodle Casserole

We liked it. I added another can of cream of potato, because it seemed a little dry. My family would have prefered something other than the broccoli, so next time I will try more mixed vegetables. I thought it was very easy to make, because I usually do everything from scratch.
