Easy OREO Truffles
You can't go wrong with cream cheese, oreo's and chocolate... yummy!

Tomato Asparagus Salad
I have made this a couple times, and its best to wait to add the balsamic right before serving this. I also like to add cucumbers. I might try adding basil next time. Its the perfect summer salad (sans pasta)!

Cookies and Cream Freeze
This is very good - the bottom layer (the chocolate layer) gets very hard once frozen, so 30 minutes out to thaw before cutting would definately be a good thing. I also think the recipe calls for way too much chocolate... I used half as much and it turned out fine. Yum!
