Mexican Rice II
This is perfect! Just like my favorite mexican restaurant. SOOOOO easy to make.

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos
Really really good! I followed the advise of another reviewer and marinated the shrimp in the adobo sauce with juice of 2 limes for about an hour. Did everything else the same as the recipe. I used three chilies and it was plenty hot for us!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
Wonderful cookie! I add nearly 1 more cup of flour to make them more cake-like. I'm not sure if it's a high altitude thing or what, but it perfects this recipe (for us).
