I catered a New Years Eve party for 200 + people, from my home. Experimenting with Dave's Insanity Sauce in a 4 gallon pot of Chili. I LOVE hot stuff, and I mean HOT, but this Chili was PHENOMENALLY HOT, even I couldn't eat it. Had to pitch all of it.
