This is a hit everytime I make it. I add about 1/4 of parrfin wax to the choclate to help it hold better. Turns out great! My daughter and I enjoy making this reciepe.

Sweet Potato Butternut Squash Pie

This is a nice recipe but I made a few adjustments to fit me. I omitted the marshmallows and added 1c. White sugar, 1c of Brown sugar and 2 sticks of butter unsalted. The recipe called for 1/2 condensed milk. I use 1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condense milk and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. My mother made this same reciepe with those adjustments

I had my doubts because it was so simple to make but trust me.. this is a "Keeper" recipe. My husband who is picky absolutely loved this. I did add some spinach and zucchini and use the Parmesan/Romano cheese.. Loved it

Holiday Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
The only thing different I did was I use a large can (29oz) can of pumpkin for more of a pumpkin flavor with the rasins and nuts..my co-workers love it! This is a great receipe. I'd love to try it using applesauce in place of something! (Ps.>I did not change the amount of the other ingredients)
