Chewy Coconut Cookies
A-MAY-ZING!!! These were so great that only about half of them made it out the door to the potluck I made them for. Good thing I made some other items or I would have had to stop by a store and pick up a dessert. Baker Beware!!

Awesome Roast Beef
Pretty good. I had to add some spices to more suit our taste but the overall recipe is easy and relatively tasty. Great staple.

Baby Carrots with Dill Butter
Not for us... WAY too much lemon juice and this coming from someone that will eat a lemon like she would an orange.
