Braised Lamb Shanks
Absolutely delicious! I had never cooked lamb shanks before and chose this recipe because it contained ingredients I already had in my cupboard. I took the advice of others and used only half the balsamic vinegar. My husband has already requested this recipe again.

Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND(r)
Very delicious!! However, these can be too sweet. Next time I will use 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips.

Best Ever Split Pea
Good recipe. I was looking for a vegetarian split pea soup. I used vegetable broth and had no need to puree the soup as it was nice and thick already.
