Baked Kale Chips
This is definitely a healthy alternative to potato chips. I tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. Mine were ready at 10 minutes, nice and crispy. Just don't expect to be able to dip them in anything, they are fragile. Next time I will try with sesame oil instead of olive to mix it up.
