Raspberry Streusel Muffins
These were great. I followed the advice of most of the reviewers and added about 1/4 cup more milk. I also double the berries to a full two cups. I like my muffins to be big chunks of fruit barely held together by a little muffin. That's how these turned out. Perfect.

Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup
I made a few changes. I used home made stock and didn't add any celery. I also did not add the milk at the end because I wanted it to be more like a soup and less like a stew. The end result had a great taste -- but I didn't think there was enough broth, it still seemed too thick. I ended up adding more and more stock until I had a true soup consistency.

Beef Stew VI
Not for us. Followed the recipe as written and found it bland. There wasn't enough depth of flavor. I also think the potatoes need to be added later. It takes longer to cook carrots than potatoes so they shouldn't be added at the same time. It also never really thickened up. I suppose I could add more cornstarch but as written, this wasn't our favorite.
