Carrot Cake III
The was great carrot cake! I substituted half of the fat for applesauce and used whole wheat flour for added fiber. It was amazing!

Instant Pistachio Salad
Very good salad. I felt it was missing something, so I will be experimenting with this recipe in the future. A good, basic recipe though!
