About this Cook
I started cooking dinners for my family when I was 14 years old. Now I enjoy cooking for my own family now. I really really love food and anything that has to do with food!! : )
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook dinners because dinner is my favorite meal. I also like to make healthy foods that my child enjoys.
My cooking triumphs
For mothers day I made my mother-in-law homemade bruschetta for an appetizer and stuffed chicken marsala, roasted baby potatos and steamed green beans for dinner. It was so good!
My cooking tragedies
Same mothers day... I put too much cornstarch in the marsala sauce and it became incredibly gummy. It tasted good but looked horrible. I have not mastered sauces yet. Update: I have mastered sauces!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
I was so afraid to try this recipe b/c of previous failures wiht store bought pizza dough. However, this came out amazing!! My new Sunday night dinner is definitely going to be pizza using this crust from now on.

Baked Cheese Olives
You NEED to use a food processor to get the dough to the right consistancy. The end product is really yummy but very salty!!
