Shish Tawook Marinated Chicken

This was great! I must admit that when I mixed the marinade and smelled it, I thought it smelled disgusting! I even warned my husband that we might have to end up making a pizza run! But sitting over night, it mellowed out and tasted nothing like it originally smelled! Loved it- thanks for sharing!

Mahogany Chicken Wings

I think these were so easy to make and a yummy recipe for a change to the standard fried chicken wing! I did bake them in the marinade and turned them several times during cooking. It kept them moist and yummy! Thanks for sharing!

This is an excellent recipe and so easy! I did add chopped onion, bay leaf an some dried thyme for my personal taste. This is a definite keeper!

Quick and Easy Pancit

This pancit recipe is so delicious and authentic! I don't find it to be a quick recipe, as there's a lot of fine chopping to do to get the right mix of ingredients. My filipino kids were thrilled with this and it will be a regular in our house!

This recipe has great flavors and is so easy! I'm just not sure what the problem is, but I've made it two times and it has come out dry both times! I don't think the problem is the recipe, but maybe my crockpot??

I think this is a great, solid recipe. Adding the different ingredients made me a little nervous, as the combination seemed a little different than I've typically seen but it was quite delicious. Will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

The claim that this recipe is a clone of a Cinnabon, is absolutely true! I had a very difficult time getting the dough to rise, but after several hours of patience and working with different temperatures, if finally did. The only change I would recommend is to make a little extra frosting (maybe 1 1/2 the amounts the recipe calls for) Also, did not have a problem with cinnamon mixture running out of the buns - maybe they just need to be rolled fairly snug. Thanks for this amazing recipe - well worth the work!!!
