Me and My Sweet Boy
My Family at sons 1st birthday party
About this Cook
I am a wife of a wonderful husband of 5 yrs.We have a 3 yr.old sweet little boy who melts my heart everyday
My favorite things to cook
roast, stews, southern foods and anything new.I love trying new recipes.I hate getting in a rut of cooking thesame old things all of the time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love A traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
My cooking triumphs
My favorite thing to cook is my home made lasagna.umm umm Good!
My cooking tragedies
I have a terrible habit of over salting foods.Mainly because I like to use alot of spices and sometimes forget that some things already have salt like the lemon pepper and greek seasoning.I dont do this often anymore because I learned not to salt if I am using seasonings that have salt as well

Easy Chicken Divan
This was pretty good but I made a few changes.I added about a half a pack of taco seasoning which gave it a nice spice and a little bell pepper. The only thing that bothered me was it was so saucy when it first got done so I coooked some noodles to with it.I liked it better as a left over. After it had been in the frig it firmed up and was really good.My husband thought it was good either way

Blueberry Pie
This was really good.My husband said it was the best he ever had. I did make some changes.I added 1 extra tbl.spn cornstarch,2 tbl.spn.lemon juice and 2 heaping tbl.spn.of sour cream. Also cooked half of the blue berries in microwave till they started to bust open. I will definatly make this again
