I probably broke all the rules making this dish but it turned out really good. I served it for dinner Sunday and everyone loved it. I used whole pieces of chicken (thighs, legs, brests), par-boiled them, put them on the grill to crisp up and just served the sauce at the table for dipping. I will add an additional jalapeno next time. Here in Buffalo we like our chicken spicy!
