Dark Chocolate Cherry Fudge
Smooth creamy fudge. Easy to make. I used cherry flavored crasins because I think they are more flavorful than dired cherries. Next time I think I will try cherry flavoring in place of the vanilla.

Potato Chip Cookies VI
Great little cookie. Crisp around the edges, chewy in the center. Certainly not gourmet but tasty none the less.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I have been making stuffed peppes for years but was never quite satisfied with the results. I am now! These were delish. I did add a small amount of beef soup base to the water when cooking the hamburg/rice mixture. I think the cheese make it very moist. Thanks!
