Turkey Minestrone
this was really good, but i did make a few changes. I used all chicken italian sausge. used garbanzo beans instead of kidney. Didn't buy mixed veggies, just eye balled green beans, carrots, zuchini, and chopped cabbage. added red wine instead of cider vinegar. Other than that it was amazing! :)
