Apple Crumb Bars
These are soooo yummy!
Few things though.
Make sure you mix the sugar and corn starch before adding the butter and water for the glaze! I got clumps of starch in my glaze. Also, be sure the bars are completely cooled before removing. and don't put too many apples in - they will fall apart - 1 thin layer I felt worked best.
I agree about the extra butter. All-in-all I will surely be making these again! yummers!
