This was really yummy! I did use less cheese than suggested. And if anyone is having problems finding the cheese - it is usually in the cheese case near the deli.

These are soooo yummy! Few things though. Make sure you mix the sugar and corn starch before adding the butter and water for the glaze! I got clumps of starch in my glaze. Also, be sure the bars are completely cooled before removing. and don't put too many apples in - they will fall apart - 1 thin layer I felt worked best. I agree about the extra butter. All-in-all I will surely be making these again! yummers!
