this is a wonderful recipe. the only change i made was to increase the amount of berries to 1 cup and used half raspberries, half blueberries. very yummy!

Country Quiche

SO yummy! I added about a 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and and 1/2 cup of chopped brocolli. I also made these in tart shells rather than a pie shell. It filled 15.
