Clone of a Cinnabon
These are delicious! I also fixed the night before and baked at 350 for 25 minutes the next morning( put in cold oven). It was a great time saver. You can also add raisins if you choose, and a dash of nutmeg. Flip them upside down when removing from pan. You get all that ooey- gooey cinnamon. I can't wait to make more!! Thanks!!!

Grilled Eggplant, Tomato and Goat Cheese
I make something very similar to this dish. The only difference is that I use roasted red peppers instead of tomato. You can also bread and fry the eggplant. Either way.....it makes a great appetizer!
