I make this for holiday dinners and everyone loves it! I cut down on the sugar a bit because it is very sweet. You can make ahead, wrap tight with newspaper and towels, it will stay warm for a couple of hours!

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables

We were not that crazy about this. I think my family likes more flavor because we thought this was bland, and I added extra garlic. The chicken pieces had the most flavor with the soy sauce, but the pasta and vegetables tasted like oil.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

This is a family favorite around our house. I used a cajun seasoning recipe from this site which makes this dish very spicy, which can be adjusted to your liking. This is a great basic cream sauce that is so easy and can be used in many other ways!

Taco Seasoning I

This is the best! My family loved it! I added a pinch of cayenne for a little spice. My son said "this tastes like authentic Mexican, not like the fake kind we usually have". No more store bought taco seasoning!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This was the easiest soup to make and very tasty! Just throw everything together in the crock pot, couldn't be any easier. My husband even really enjoyed and he is not a soup fan and gave me the "huh?" look when I told him what it was. I added another 1/2 can of corn and black beans and some fresh cilantro. Great for a group or anytime that you may have made chili!

Classic Tiramisu

Awesome!! This is the best Tiramisu I've made or eaten! Made this twice during the holidays for different gatherings and it was loved both times by everyone! The only change I made was the second time I made it and I all but doubled the amount of the coffee mixture that I put on the lady fingers, which for me was a mixture of strong coffee and kahlua. Couldn't really taste it enough the fist time. This recipe is even better if it sits in the frig at least 2 days. Yum! This will be my new specialty dessert!

Avocado Salsa

Excellent salsa recipe! Everyone raved, even those that didn't think they would like it! I added a can of black beans and some extra cilantro and cumin just because I love them! Makes a lot - we ate salsa for days!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This is a wonderful version of Cordon Bleu! Very easy, tasty, and the chicken doesn't dry out. Loved the fact that you needed only one pan for the entire dish. I didn't have heavy cream and substituted half n half and the sauce was delicious. The sauce makes the recipe!
