This was my first London Broil. I followed the recipe with two exceptions. I used garlic powder instead of fresh garlic (just using what I had on hand) and did what others suggested about using 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. I cooked mine a little longer than suggested on the grill as it was pretty thick and I don't like meat too rare. It turned out great and I'll definitely be making this again! Thanks for the recipe!
