Bierrocks II
My family loves these. We call them "groutburo". A German grandma from our church gave us the recipe for these. We add chili powder or Tex-Mex seasonings to the meat and cabbage. We place grated cheese on top, just before closing up the bread dough. When they have cooked, we add more grated cheese to the top and serve them with taco sauce. Hey, we are from Texas! These are soooo good.

Daddy's Molded Salad
Very good! It was so good I even ate it for breakfast. Instead of using a jello mold, I put salad in an 8 x 8 pan, cut it in squares and served on a lettuce leaf. My family really enjoyed it.
