37 year old working professional. My spare time is completed when I can cook a nice dinner and have friends or family over to enjoy it. My favorite meal I cooked was an Italian roast with ragu sauce and apple cinnamon cake for my mom before she passed away.
The rest of my family loves my lasagna and my friends love a tex-mex dish I create for a juneteenth party.
My favorite family cooking traditions
The year my family ask me to make a lasagna in a huge turkey pan in stead having turkey and dressing. Talk about pressure, they loved it down to the bare pan.
My cooking triumphs
Catering my cousin's 21st birthday party with BBQ and all the extras like beans, potatoe salad, pies, and cakes.
My cooking tragedies
I forgot to put my bake beans in the frig over night and the next morning it had strange bubbles on top doing its own thing. Yuck!
