I had been looking for a recipe for curry fried rice. I used this as a base. I just omitted to raisins and almonds and didn't hold back any onion. I also used a lot more curry. more like 3 tablespoons. but we really love curry. It was delicious and the kids loved it!

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2007
delicious!! I followed recomendations to add more coaco and less sugar, it seemed a little thick before I even started adding the sugar so I added about 1/4 cup extra milk. the consistency was great for spreading and it set really good.

Coconut Macaroons

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
I had adjusted the quantity to 16 servings which would use half of a 350 gram bag of coconut (175 grams). the batter turned out to be very runny. I ended up using about another half a cup of sugar 3/4 cup of flour, half a teaspoon of vanilla and the whole bag of coconut. I just kept adding until it had a spoonable (new word?) consistensy. They turned out really good, chewey and sweet, kids loved it!!
