This is a "keeper" recipe. I think you could add corn or whatever to this and it would be great! It is great as is too.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This has the potential to be REALLY good. I say potential because I thought it turned WAY too salty. It was moist, fell apart and was really good - but way too salty. I have to figure that one out because I think it could be a really stellar dish!

This was AMAZING! I didn't have high expectations when I was making this because it just didn't look good...but when I served it it was really amazing! And it looked harder to make when served than it was! Extremely good!

Plain Cake Doughnuts

We made these for our Saturday morning doughnuts and my son liked these better than the ones at the store! We put powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar on these and they wre delicious! Not a fan of frying...but te taste was amazing!

Vegetarian Nori Rolls

I'm giving the a 5 b/c I think it tasted good for sushi (I personally am so-so on sushi but don't think it deserves a lower rating b/c of personal preference). I had trouble keeping it together once I made it, but in general thought it was easy to initially assemble. I like all of the fresh and healthy ingredients that go into it!
