Spinach Chick Pea Curry

I liked it a lot. I did not add the basil, and added black beans instead of chick peas, and I also used green curry paste. The cream corn tasted very good in it.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

They took me a little over 3 hours. They were also easy to work with. I would not mind that they took me that long, but they had a very bland taste after me adding onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Guess we will stick to the store bought ones.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Defiantly not the best chocolate chip cookies. My cookies did not even really brown after 10 minutes so I left them in for a little longer and they turned hard. They were alright.

Crustless Almond Cheesecake

Yummy is all I can say. I did add vanilla extract instead of almond, also did not use the topping, but instead made a raspberry compote to top it with. Thank-you for the recipe!

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

Very delightful to eat, but had to make a couple modifications. I added red pepper, onions, and fresh basil (which I grew). It is very moist from the butter which was in it, though it is not an every day recipe it was excellent for Valentines day dinner! Thank-you!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Very good, tried both baking and frying and preferred pan-frying with a little oil. If you do not like chick peas you will not like this, my boyfriend is such a meat eater. He does not like falafel though, oh well more for me!

Strawnana Smoothie Bread

Awesome, I eat very healthy and wanted to find a lower fat strawberry bread and this is a winner. It was very moist and not 'soggy' I used raspberry yogurt becasue that is what I had, I bet any kind would do. I used a little extra strawberries (fresh) chopped them into medium size peices, not mushing them and it was wonderful. If you care about what your putting in your mouth and want a yummy indulgence pick this one!

Homemade Pancake Mix

Reduced recipe down to 6, made 4 huge, they were all over 1'' thick and after even adding cinnamon etc. They tasted bland, horrid, and I had to add alot more milk and 1 extra egg. NEVER will make this recipe again.

Tofu Turkey II

I'd love to give a better review since others have loved it, but the only good thing about it was my mum's homemade stuffing inside of it. I'm a vegetarian and usually love tofu but next turkey dinner I'll just stick to stuffing, yams, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. Ps. It was perfectly shaped and looked great ...to bad the taste was bland.
