I thought I had the best caramel recipe..I couldn't find mine so we tried this one. Delicious! I won't go back to my old one.

Excellent recipe! So easy. I accidentally used 30 oz. can of pumpkin and only one spice cake mix. I made one batch this way, and one the correct way. They cooked in the same amount of time. Those cookies came out extra moist and I think would make a great loaf of pumpkin bread. However, both sets of cookies were moist and excellent. My kids can't get enough of them! I am running to the store today to stock up on Spice cake mixes while they have them on sale!
