Blubaugh's Blueberry Buckle Shortcake

I like this recipe a lot and so does the family but the blueberry filling really has no taste once the shortcake is cooled off. I would recommend that you add about 1/4 cup of melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar to the filling before putting it into the well.

Eggnog Blend

A+! I do not like eggnog at all but my family does so I made it for them and I love it! I do not like drinks that you can smell and taste the alcohol and so I was so happy when I tried it and I could not taste the rum or scotch. I will be making it a lot more even when it is not the holidays.

Dried Cherry Cake

I made this for my office and my husband and everyone loved it! I am not a cherry fan but I love this cake! My husband said that it is the one of the best cakes I have made yet!
