I live in "the South" where I am blessed to be married to Mr. U since December of 1998. He is my "guinea pig" when it comes to cooking and loves for me to try out new dishes as well as serve his old favorites, too.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I've been making this same recipe for YEARS and each time I make it, it is STILL deliciously wonderful!! I'll often put my roast, still frozen, in the crockpot to cook. When I do, I'll cook it about an hour longer and I'll omit the water. This recipe creates the perfect gravy for rice or mashed potatoes!! Delicious and simple! Love that!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
We LOOOOVE this sauce!!!! It is a little on the sweet side, but you can easily use less honey or even leave it out if your family prefers. We like it just like it is written (well, minus the anchovy paste). I've used this about 15 times for pizzas and my family always raves about it. Perfect for homemade pizza anytime!!!
