WOW.....I have never tasted potato soup as good as this. I will definitely be making this again. My kids and husband loved it. The only things I did differently is I added 1 chopped onion and instead of water, I just used all chicken broth. I also didn't have au gratin potato mix, so I used macaroni and cheese mix. It was wonderful!!!

One word describes this pie.....WOW. I live in Edgewood, NM, which is a very high altitude location. I have not been able to bake a pecan pie that didn't end up runny. This one not only came out with the perfect consisitency, but it was also incredibly delicious. My husband's favorite pie is pecan and this is the first one I've been able to make that he wants me to make again and again. I have never been a pecan pie fan, but this one was fabulous. We will add this to our personal recipe collection!!!!!
