HI! I am a single 34 year old male you enjoys cooking! Don't faint! I live and work in Sarasota, Fl. I became interested in cooking at an early age and it has grown into a real love affair with a focus on new foods and wines. My family is a Southern one and for us to get in the kitchen and make food together is just about as close to a family function as Christmas is for most families. I enjoy cooking comfort food, as thats what seems to make everyone happy. I have often thought of opening a little bistro that cooks comfort food based dishes with a slight gourmet twist. I also love to cook desert and make side dishes that can rival a main course. Southern Fried, Chicken fried chicken. My families green beans, and Mashed Potatos. Keylime pie or Strawberry shortcake. Strawberry lemonade made fresh in the summer after we'd go out and pick the berries. People at work fighting over a chocolate cake I made. They were actually arguing over the last piece. Hehehe I tried to make two tarts at once one day while drinking wine.....dont ask.
