Banana Banana Bread
This was excellent, very moist. I used 4 overly ripe bananas, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1 tsp of vanilla, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Very moist. Next time, I'll substitute the 2 eggs w/ just egg whites to make it healthier. The recipe yieled 3 mini loaves baked for 1 hour at 350F.
