i am a family man with a blue collar job an awesome wife and 2 boys and great friends and family. i love cooking for all my peoples and they love coming over for the grub and fellowship! i owe my interest in cooking to my mother who has been making delicious home cooking for since the 60's. although she has "passed the torch" on some of the family recipes, i have branched out and invented many new dishes and have really kicked the golden oldies up a few notches! i love meat and my wife is vegetarian so i have to be creative AND frugal. pastas, seafood, casseroles, wild game, italian, asain (but trying to explore more), and we all LOVE MEXICAN!!!! when we would ask my mom, as kids, "what did you do to this to make it taste so good?" and she would always say, "i spit in it!" but we all know now that she meant because it was made with her love and experience my fried fish and chips. everyone always tells me its the best theyve ever had, but hey, what else would you expect from an irishman? and then everyone has another pint! also my chili is freggin awesome trying to make pepperoni rolls, they freakin oozed all over my oven (was my wifes idea though)
