I love to cook for my friends and family, especially my amazing husband, Kevin! I also love to read and go yard sale-ing and hiking and swimming. I am a country girl at heart, but I love everything French and I like to try adventurous new recipes. All desserts, especially chocolate cake! I made my own wedding cake for 250 people...chocolate with chocolate filling and yellow butter cake with lemon curd filling! I also enjoy cooking pasta dishes, new versions of old favorites, most Ina Garten recipes, and anything that makes our house smell yummy! Anything my husband oohs and ahhs over... :) And our wedding cake, which is still getting rave reviews! Stuffed sole...I used colored toothpicks to hold the rolls of sole together. Sadly, my blue and green tinted fish was not well received!
