Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I

This cake is great. I did reduce the sugar and it was perfect. I tried it two ways with the jello and without and it was better without the jello. The jello seemed to mask the flavor of the ruhbarb.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

this recipe was great, I decrease the wine and seared the scallops in butter first before the broiler then deglazed the pan and added this to the sauce. My husband is not a gravey/sauce man but did enjoy this.

Blueberry Dump Cake

This recipe was wonderful but I would reccommend that you use fresh nutmeg and a small amount of lemon juice. What a great way to get your antioxidants

Marinated Turkey Breast

This recipe was wonderful. I am always looking for new ways to make turkey. I let the turkey marinate overnight and the flavors were wonderful.I also did not want to fire up the grill so just did it on the stove top and they turned out perfect.

Baked Pork Chops I

This receipe was great I added parm-reggiano cheese to the sauce to taste along with liberal amount of pepper. I also baked this recipe in half the amount of time and the chops reached an internal temp of 160 degrees reccommended for pork.
