Rhubarb Upside Down Cake I
This cake is great. I did reduce the sugar and it was perfect. I tried it two ways with the jello and without and it was better without the jello. The jello seemed to mask the flavor of the ruhbarb.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II
this recipe was great, I decrease the wine and seared the scallops in butter first before the broiler then deglazed the pan and added this to the sauce. My husband is not a gravey/sauce man but did enjoy this.

Blueberry Dump Cake
This recipe was wonderful but I would reccommend that you use fresh nutmeg and a small amount of lemon juice. What a great way to get your antioxidants
