Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu
Finally a recipe that makes crispy tofu! I'd almost given up! I let it drain for about 20 minutes, did not soak it in any stock, and just pressed it between paper towels. Other than this, followed the recipe exactly. I ended up with perfectly coated golden brown crispy "sticks" of tofu! We dipped it in peanut sauce--yum! Seasoning was mild, maybe next time I'd try to zip it up a bit.
